TransPecos Bank offers attractive interest rate for their reward checking account called Kasasa Cash. You can earn an interest rate of 3.33% APY for balances up to $25,000. You can earn an interest rate of 1.33% APY for the portion of the deposit above $25k. Plus, refund ATM fees when you meet the following requirements:

$100 Cash bonus for a checking account with M&T Bank

M&T Bank will give you a checking account bonus of $100 in cash if you add a direct deposit to your MyChoice Checking Account. If you already have this checking account with them, you need to activate the direct deposit feature within 90 days upon account opening.

The $100 bonus will be credited to your checking account after you post your first direct deposit. This promo still runs but can be stopped by the bank any time without notice. M&T limits the cash bonus to one for every customer.

The MyChoice Checking Account does not charge any monthly service fee if the account holder makes at least 10 purchases or payments using the check card every month. You can also avoid the monthly fee if you can maintain at least a $500 average daily balance. In case you fail to meet these requirements, you will have to shoulder a monthly fee of $6.95.
